Because of corona restrictions, please register by message, but you don't have to make any payment yet! As soon as we give you the green light, you can decide if you want to come and proceed with payment. If because of government rules we are not able to realise the tango week, you may still be able to come and use our dance floor.

To register send us a message with your name & your partner (single registrations are also welcome) and the type of room (single, double etc). 

IMPORTANT

By sending your registration, you and your dance partner agree to the following written conditions about Payment, Participation and Cancellation.

*Payment:
After confirmation of the tango week, we will ask you for a deposit of 30% of your booking. The rest can be paid upon arrival. 
 

*Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation insurance is much recommended. In case of cancellation on your part we charge the following percentages of the total price:
- 10% within 8 weeks before starting date
- 50% within 3 weeks before starting date and
- 100% within 1 week before the start.

If for any reason we have to cancel the tango week on our part  (e.g. because of government rules), then you will be refunded the full amount you deposited. We need at least 5 booked couples for the tango week to happen. With less couples the week can be cancelled until 3 weeks before starting date. If you already booked your trip (airplane/bus, car rental), you have to address your own cancellation insurance to cover your expenses.
